Now that you have a bow, you can fight while riding Epona. The hunt for Big Poes is open. To obtain the 4th empty bottle, you will have to capture 10 Big Poe souls on Hyrule Field. These only appear when you are riding Epona and are always in the same locations. Once they appear, they move and then disappear. It's up to you to be fast enough to hit them with 2 arrows before they leave. Each time you shoot one down, you must go and collect it (it will go into a bottle). Once your bottles are full, go see the Poe Collector to sell him the contents of the bottles (he is located at the entrance to "Hyrule Castle Town"). The seller will fill your loyalty card, and after 1000 points (10 souls), he will give you the coveted bottle. Be careful, do not confuse Big Poes with regular spirits; if a spirit appears while you are not on Epona, there is no point in killing it.

Now go to Kakariko Village and go to the House of Skulltulas to collect the Piece of Heart if you have reached 50 rewards. Then go to the Village Shooting Gallery (1) where you can win a Big Quiver by shooting all the targets. Before going up the mountain, go to the graveyard and pull the grave where you found the shield (2). Go fill your bottles with fairies at the fountain (3) and head towards Death Mountain Trail.

Go up to Goron City to find it deserted (or almost). On the floor of the "Rolling Goron," you'll find a small wild Goron. Stop him with a bomb (1) and talk to him. You learn that he is Darunia's son and that Darunia gave him your name. Darunia has gone to the Fire Temple to save the Gorons captured by Ganon's army. All the Gorons are in the Fire Temple prisons, about to be eaten by Volvagia, the temple dragon. Long ago, the Hero of the Gorons defeated this monster using a giant hammer. Ganon is the one who woke the Dragon and wants to feed him the Gorons to scare all the peoples of Hyrule. The Goron gives you the Goron Tunic, which will protect you from the heat. Go to Darunia's room and pull the statue to reach Death Mountain Crater.

Equip the tunic and use the hookshot on the beam to cross the large gap. On the bridge, you meet Sheik, who teaches you the Bolero of Fire, which will allow you to return to the crater whenever you want.
