Tips

After the ending sequence, you can activate the sound test by pressing start.

To reach A0 on your own, in level 99, go quickly to get the crystal ball (which is mostly on player 2's side). A door appears in the square with a monster trapped in the middle. If you finish level 99 normally and defeat the monster, "Bad End" will be displayed.

To take a life from your friend, press "start" then "select". You must have no lives left and your partner must still have some.

At the boss level after B2, if you finish alone, it will display: "This is not the true end", and you will have to restart at level B2. So, just after hitting the boss 60 times, make your friend reappear (pause then "select").

To beat the boss, it's better to always stay at the bottom and avoid its shots. When you see that you're out of its trajectory for long enough, fire lots of lightning bubbles (you must have taken the potion at the top) against one of the walls and jump on them when the boss passes at their height. If you position yourself well and don't take risks, it shouldn't be a problem.

The B2 code for Super Bubble Bobble is EECFG.

To get the stage of your choice in normal mode, type EECJJ and press A and B to choose the level when you have hit "continue".
