Donkey Kong on NES: The end of the game, epilogue

The end of Donkey Kong on NES is minimalist. In reality, it is not truly separable from level 3, since the latter consists of removing the rivets holding the highest platform of the level on which Donkey Kong stands. Once the rivets are removed, Donkey Kong falls heavily, and Mario (Jumpman) and Pauline can finally love each other peacefully (before the game restarts, as was often the case back then).
