An assassin like her sister Kitana. Mileena's irresistible beauty conceals the most horrific intentions. At Shao Kahn's request, she is tasked with watching her twin sister and must prevent her from executing her plans at all costs.

Believing herself to be Kitana's twin sister, Mileena is in fact only a grotesque clone created by Shang Tsung. With Shao Kahn's suspicions about Kitana's motivations, Mileena seizes the opportunity to attack Kahn and his minions. Faced with Mileena's speed, Kahn's guards have no chance. She wins the tournament and with her secret companion Baraka, who becomes King, she rules the world as Queen.
