Start by lowering the 4 explosives by one floor (photo 1), then go all the way to the top and lower the 4 rightmost elevators by 2 floors! Replace these elevators with the 3 vanishers from the second-to-last floor and the top-left tipper (photo 2), then start pushing! Go down the ladder and go all the way to the right to take the stopper once the 1st tipper has bounced off it so that all the others can fall into the void (photo 3).
