Kill the guard carrying the key, then follow the corridor on the left and go down the small staircase on the right. Facing the screen, on the right when it's behind you, there is a small table with the key. Pick it up then use the "key analyser" - James will duplicate the key, and if you press the fire button again, he will leave the original (more or less anywhere).

Select the camera, aim at the screen and press the fire button. The screen is photographed.

In the large room, head for the small glass "double door" (on the right when facing the giant screen). Go up the stairs and flee through the door leading to the helipad. If the door is locked, it is very close to the start - take the door right in front of you, the guard is in the corridor on the left.
