a. Break communications link to bunker

The radio is located where the computer you had to switch off was in the 1st Surface. This room is now locked, so you'll first need to go to the 1st shed where the first key was located in Surface. To find this shed, the simplest way is to follow the forest on your right from the start. At one point you'll reach a 'corner' where you'll see it a bit further down. Don't follow the forest to the right — head to the cabin instead. Kill the guard and take the key. Exit to the right and head to the antenna, which is aligned with the small watchtower. Open the door, take the stairs, and the door opposite at the top of them. Break the screen and the 2 radios on each side to cut off communications to the bunker.

b. Gain entry to bunker

Exit the antenna and go straight ahead. You'll see a helipad with a helicopter. The bunker entrance is right there. Go inside. Guards are waiting for you there and James will be captured.
