a. Rescue hostages

On Agent, you will only need to save 2 hostages — the first two are not the hardest but the fastest relative to the missions. To free the hostages, you must fire at least one bullet at the guard holding the hostage at gunpoint before he kills them. In general, you have a few seconds once you enter the room where they are. Here are the locations of the 6 hostages:

1. When you exit the zodiac, hug the wall and take the door at the top of the large staircase opposite. In the room at the back on the right, do not enter but shoot the guard from the corridor.
2. The reason not to enter the room is that immediately to the right inside that room, there is a door and a hostage who will be killed if you are not fast enough — so it is better to have freed the other one first.
3. On the main deck, it is the staircase opposite the one you took. However, the best approach is to exit the second hostage's room through the other door and go right then straight ahead to take the staircase on the other side of the ship — this makes it easier to eliminate the guard.
4. The easiest way is through the large garage door in front of the helicopter. Open the door at the back left and go straight ahead then descend the staircase. At the bottom, turn around and follow the path. Coming from this side, it is very easy to kill the guard without harming the hostage.
5. Continue along the route after the 4th hostage and you will quietly arrive behind the guard controlling the 5th hostage.
6. Continue through the door then the first on the left in the corridor. In the engine room, go down to find the 6th hostage.

b. Plant tracking bug on helicopter

Once aboard the ship, hug the wall and take the staircase as for the 1st hostage. Instead of taking the right door, take the one opposite and descend the staircase. Select the 'tracker bug' from your inventory and throw it onto the helicopter. As usual, do not miss as you only have one chance.

After making sure the hostage objective is 'completed' (the hostages take time to flee), you can head to the zodiac at the front right of the ship.
