It's on 00 Agent that you get the Train cheat code, and it's no easy task.
Since you entered from the back of the depot, you have to make your way through the whole train. It starts with 2 "freight" carriages, which are perhaps the hardest part. In the first carriage you can kill 2 guards from a distance, then 2 more while crouching, to the right of the 2 stacked crates. The brake unit is in front of the door leading to the next carriage. In the second carriage there are black-clad guards who are generally behind the double crate barrier, but if they come at you, just wait for them calmly. As for the grey guards, it's best to kill them from the first carriage even if you have to reopen the doors. It's better to stand against the right edge and step back to line them up one at a time. At the far end there are 4 more guards. The best approach is to aim between the 2 white crates and the 2 wooden crates, but back off a little in case they explode. The brake unit is in front of the door leading to the next carriage. Next you reach the 2 passenger carriages with cabins along the side. Take cover at the entrance and use quick-peek shots to hit a few heads and get back into position. The first door can open while you're clearing the corridor so be careful. Either way, it will open when you move toward the front of the carriage, so don't hesitate to turn back so you aren't caught in a crossfire. The brake unit is in front of the door leading to the next carriage. The second passenger carriage ends the same way, but the brake unit is right at the entrance of the carriage on your left. Next you reach the lounges with elite troops. You can kill them from a distance or get up close. There's often a guy in the first corridor you can get up close to. In the next room, there's often one facing you to kill from a distance and one on the left to get up close to. Then be very careful, because when you pass through the mini corridor after the room with the first table, the doors on the left and right open. It's better to back off and wait for them. More elite guards will likely arrive from the next room; otherwise go in and clear it. There's then a small corridor with a possible guard. Kill him. I'm not sure whether it's entering the corridor or destroying the 5th brake unit that triggers it, but a guard often "appears" far behind you. I'd suggest turning around quickly to check and make sure you're clear. You finally reach the front of the train; kill the grey guard and destroy the brake unit behind you. If you haven't missed any, that's the last one. A shrill braking sound rings out and 2 elite guards appear. Kill them.

After destroying the 6 brake units, 2 elite guards appear. One of them has the key to the room where Natalya is being held. It's a real den of thieves, since besides Ourumov holding her hostage at gunpoint, Xenia and Alec Trevelyan are also there. Staying in the small grey airlock doesn't get Natalya killed. Shooting and missing your target, however, does. So aim properly at Ourumov and shoot to kill. If you wound him, he'll kill Natalya once his animation finishes. Xenia and Trevelyan close the big iron shutter to escape via the front, and all the windows are also covered by an iron shutter. Everything's going to blow in a minute, you'll need to get out. I never quite worked out exactly when the iron shutter closes, but it's possible to aim at Ourumov, take your finger off the trigger and shoot, then run forward very fast to wound or even kill Xenia (and Trevelyan). It's fairly hit-or-miss and risky (you mustn't kill Natalya), but wounding Xenia will make it much easier to get out of the train. I get the impression that if you hear Xenia's line, "Wait for me Alec, I'm hit!", you've done it (you'll have more time before the countdown starts and you'll be out of the train well before the explosion).

Once Ourumov is down, go to the corner by the entrance on the left and use your laser watch to "open" the small hatch by blowing all its fastenings. Meanwhile, Natalya is busy tracking down the location of Janus' secret base, which turns out to be in Cuba. There are only 30 seconds left before the explosion, but Natalya still has more information to retrieve.

With just 5 seconds left to escape, Natalya finally cracks Boris' password, and you can make a run for it.

As much as I like this level, the ending is less enjoyable, because Natalya dies almost every time if you head straight right. She passes close to the train and the explosion kills her. So you need to head towards the 3 guards instead (and might as well kill them while you're at it). Then you can wait for the explosions to die down and escape via the front of the train.
