Overview

1. Dorrie can take you to a passage that will let you activate the green switch.

The 8 Red Coins

All the red coins are in the big room to the right of the start. The first 4 are obtained using a flying platform whose direction you can change by stepping on the arrows. The next 4 are reached by climbing the pole and taking the flying platform.

1. In a block in the air; stand in front of it and punch.
2. In a block in the air.
3. In a block in the air.

4. On a platform.
5. Along the route of the flying platform.
6. A little further along the route, jump over the obstacle.

7. On a platform near the end of the route.
8. Next to the previous one.

The star appears in the center of the room.

Bonus Star: 100+ Coins

There are coins pretty much everywhere, notably in the spider-like creatures. There is a blue block in the toxic maze. It will give you 30 coins if you're fast enough. You need to head off in the direction shown in the picture (facing the location of the cap). I recommend starting with these coins because if you miss a lot of them, you'll struggle to find the 100 coins, so you may as well restart. In theory there are 139 coins in the level, but one eye seems hard to kill to me and 2 bats are nearly impossible, so it's more like 132.
