1 - Shocking Arrow Lifts!

Enter the level fairly high up and raise the water to the level of the 4th switch. Then head to the arrow platforms, which you'll need to walk across one after another to reach a block containing the star. You can also raise the water to the upper level and reach the star by swimming.

2 - Top o' the Town

Raise the water to the highest level and take the walkway right after the purple Bob-omb-like enemy that launches you. After the walkway, jump onto the spinning platform, then onto the other one where a block contains the star.

3 - Secrets in the Shallows & Sky

Enter the level low. To find this star, you'll need to find 5 hidden digits:

1. Push the crate into the wall, watching out for the monsters that knock you back.
2. Push the crate behind the pillar of star 1.
3. Break the block above the crate you just pushed.
4. Break the block on a small pillar protected by an electric ball and a launcher (just below the plank leading to star 2).
5. On the grate right above star 4 (next to star 2).

4 - Express Elevator--Hurry Up!

Enter the level low, or lower the water as much as possible. Break the block near the first water-level switch. Then climb onto the grate using the launchers. Jump onto the wooden platform outside the grate and jump to reach the bottom of the level (do a ground pound right before hitting the ground to cushion your fall). Enter the cage and wait for the elevator. As soon as it arrives, get on it and wait for it to reach the top to grab the star.

5 - Go to Town for Red Coins

6 - Quick Race Through Downtown!

Head to the sunken city using the cannon (see general info) and lower the water level with the switch right below the entrance. Then find the blue block and grab the Vanish Cap. Quickly go around the wall surrounding the church and pass through the grate. You'll then need to do a spin against the wall and push off it to reach the top of the blocks where the star is.
