The second Bowser world is located at the bottom of the staircase leading to the basement, right after the locked door (key in the first Bowser world). You need to pass through the big star door and then find the first star of Course 9 (Dire, Dire Docks). You need 30 stars to pass the door. To finish Bowser's level, you just follow the path. Falling into the holes won't be deadly, but you'll need to quickly steer Mario back to solid ground when his butt catches fire. This page will just tell you where to find the 8 red coins that make the star appear right next to the pipe leading to Bowser.

From the last pole, do a handstand to end up at the very top of the structure and go get the star. You can also run (or walk) on the little low wall.

After taking the star, turn around to enter the giant funnel (watch out for the bridge that collapses just before). Bowser is fought like the first one. You need to try to get behind him to grab his tail (B button), then spin Mario and release Bowser toward a bomb. Bowser's only additional attack is a big jump that makes the platform tilt when he lands. He can also teleport. Once defeated, Bowser will leave behind a key.
