Mission : dataDyne Central: Extraction

Briefing

The alarm has been raised, and dataDyne's response troops are on your trail throughout the building. Escaping through the lobby is impossible given the number of guards present. Meet Dr. Caroll at the helipad to make your escape.

Carrington

I don't need to remind you to protect Dr. Caroll at all costs. Cassandra and dataDyne will do everything they can to block your path and keep Dr. Caroll. Good luck.

Mission Intro

A brief cut and Joanna finds herself back in the basement elevator. This time she's accompanied by Dr. Caroll and is on the ground floor of the Datadyne building. The alarm has been raised, and getting to the top of the building will be no small feat.

Objective 1: Access the Foyer Elevator

Fight your way around the lobby until you can reach one of the elevators that will take you and Dr. Caroll to the upper floors of the building.

Objective 2: Reactivate Elevator

We've detected the shutdown command for the elevator, issued from a PC in the lower offices. Find that terminal and change the command to reactivate the elevator.

Objective 3: Destroy dataDyne Hovercopter

A dataDyne combat helicopter is circling the building and threatens to shoot down your transport. Take it down without the usual warning shots. It's him or you.

Objective 4: Defeat Cassandra's Bodyguards

We suspect Cassandra has deployed her bodyguards to block your access to the helipad. You won't be able to shake them off, so prepare for a tough fight.

Objective 5: Return to Helipad for Evacuation

Make your way to the helipad where your aircraft will be waiting. Don't forget Dr. Caroll.

End of Mission

Cassandra is waiting for you upstairs; she wants to get Dr. Caroll back. She even offers our heroine a job. Joanna won't hear of it, and despite the 2 bodyguards, she flees, running and leaping through the open door into the helicopter while turning to kill the 2 guards. The adventure continues later in: Carrington Villa: Hostage One.
