In reality, you need to be fast in this level. Fast, but not too fast. Stay in a group even if that means being a little ahead. Too far ahead, and you risk taking too many hits. Too far behind, and you'll struggle to shoot without hitting your partners, and they'll get killed faster if you don't take part. A little ahead of the group is ideal, and you set the pace. The most important part is the boss moments. With the charged Mauler, one headshot is enough. Even if a few Skedar are still alive, slipping past them to kill the boss is often the best solution. If you're fast enough, the boss won't even shoot at you. For the 1st boss, once the Skedar attacking you are in the final straight, I recommend this tactic. The video I made on Perfect Agent shows this technique well, but on Special Agent it's much easier, so you can just kill the waves of enemies in order, as I did.

After the 1st boss is defeated, retrace your steps, go up the slope and open the doors. If you got ahead, you'll have to rush backwards and force your way through a bit to get back in front. If the last door isn't too blocked by a Skedar, go through quickly and put a charged Mauler shot into the King. Otherwise, kill the Skedar in the doorway and do the same. Step away from the central pylon to see him; in general, he won't even shoot (otherwise be careful and move fast, because he has a rocket launcher).

The last clones of the Skedar Kings have been defeated. After the last mission you might have thought this was a happy ending, but after this mission, it's hard to believe he won't be back... There isn't really a mission after this one, but if you earned bronze with every weapon at the Carrington Institute firing range, there is still one last mission in the list: The Duel.
